Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide through connection cards, prayer requests, event registrations, membership and volunteer applications, benevolence requests, giving, account creation, and other church forms. This may include contact details, household or ministry information, prayer and care information, payment-related details, and files you attach.
How we use information
We use information to provide pastoral care, respond to requests, manage church participation and serving, process registrations and gifts, maintain required financial records, communicate church information, protect our systems, and improve our ministries and services.
Prayer and sensitive requests
Prayer requests are private unless you explicitly choose to share one on the prayer wall. Public prayer-wall requests may be anonymized. Membership, care, and benevolence information is limited to staff and ministry leaders who need it for their responsibilities.
Service providers and disclosure
We may use trusted providers for hosting, email, text messaging, payments, analytics, security, and data storage. They may process information only to provide those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the church, or with your direction or consent. We do not sell personal information.
Payments
Online gifts and paid registrations are processed by our payment provider. Revival Center does not store complete card or bank-account numbers in this application. Payment providers handle those details under their own privacy and security terms.
Retention and security
We retain information for as long as it is reasonably needed for ministry, operational, legal, safeguarding, and financial-record purposes. We use administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct your contact information, stop non-essential communications, or review a privacy concern. Some records, including contribution and safeguarding records, may need to be retained even after a request.
